ZINC PHOSPHATE

We offer Zinc Phosphate coating. This process improves thread life and function by adding lubricity and reducing the potential to gall and stick. The phosphate process opens the pores of the steel so that pipe dope, anti-seize, etc., stays on the threaded connection longer, extending tool life. The Zinc Phosphate coating also reduces rust and corrosion, and is an excellent pre paint conditioner.

We can dip parts as large as 37” in diameter and 45” tall, or we could coat your threaded connections on drill pipe, etc.
