Precision Machining
Our machine shop holds tolerances of .002 or less on a regular basis. All parts are final inspected before they ship. All measuring equipment is calibrated annually and traceable to a national standard.
Our equipment list for machining includes:
Two Mazak 45O slant turn lathes with 20” chucks (front and back) and 7.25” thru bore
One Samsung SL 45 MC live tooling late with 20” chucks (front and back) and 7.25” thru bore
Demoor Oilfield lathe w/14” through bore. Romi M27 lathe
One HAAS ST-30 with a 20” chuck and a 4” thru bore.
Two Doosan vertical mills.
Several manual lathes and mills.
